In My Room
In My Room is a university project that required us to create a vlog about university life. My concept came from a recurring question my college friends would ask: “Lagi ka nasa room mo—what do you even do? Hindi ka ba nabobored?” In response, I showcased what I typically do in my room and why boredom isn’t a problem for me.
My goal was to produce a vlog with minimal pre-production effort and expenses using only readily available resources.
Challenges & Solutions
❓ Problem: No available camera operators or production support.
✅ Solution: I enlisted the help of my dormmates. I taught them how to operate the camera and lights, walked them through the script, and directed the entire production process.
